We proudly offer a one-time, complimentary replacement for any item that experiences breakage or tarnishing. Whenever possible, the replacement will be for the same style originally purchased. If the exact style is no longer available, you may select an alternative of equal retail value from our current collection. Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping fees on replacement items.

Full cash refunds are available within fourteen calendar days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

If an item eligible for replacement has been discontinued, a comparable item of equal value from our current collection will be offered. Charleigh House of Jewelry reserves the right to determine the most comparable replacement.

This policy does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, damage caused by misuse or accident, or normal wear and tear such as surface scratches. Alterations, repairs, or adjustments made by third parties are also excluded from coverage.

Charleigh House of Jewelry reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
